If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase made online, we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund to the same value as paid on any products that are returned in its original condition within 28 days of receipt. Please note this refund policy is only applicable to online orders placed on hollyandevie.com.

The cost of postage back to our warehouse is covered by the customer. For international returns, we offer reduced rates with FedEx, please speak to our customer service team for advice and costs using this service.

Please ensure your package is adequately insured and include a tracking number as we are not liable for items until they are signed for at our premises. 

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on certain jewellery items (such as earrings) due to Health and Safety policies. Reduced price products may only be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns are processed within 48 hours of the items being returned.

All our orders are shipped from Co. Donegal, Ireland.

We aim to have your order dispatched to you within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your order Monday - Friday. This excludes weekends and Irish public holidays and busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and Sale times.

Extreme weather conditions and outside EU customs security delays are unfortunately outside of our control.
